Monthly Oxygen Concentrator Service: Recommended monthly service
Why this service is needed:
- If not serviced on a regular basis concentrators continue to run and not produce the prescribed oxygen percentage and or flow rate.
- This service helps assure that the unit is functioning as it should.

We begin our service by placing a Label on the unit that shows when the unit was last serviced.
- The information recorded on the label is:
- Ownership of the unit
- Serial number
- Date of service
- Oxygen percentage
- Flow rate at time of serviced
- Initials of the service technical

We will check all filters, internal and external
- They will be replaced as needed at time of service

Each concentrator is analyzed by our certified technician with an oxygen analyzer.
- The unit is checked for proper oxygen percentage and flow rate
- Any adjustments needed will be done at this time
- If a major repair is needed the Technician will notify the contact person to determine whether to bring the unit in for repairs

All repairs will be brought to our repair center for processing by our certified technician.

While we are servicing your concentrators we can also service your suction machines, wheelchairs, pulse ox units, med carts, updraft units, low air-loss mattresses, patient lifts, scales and much more.

- Removal of foul odor in facility.
- Disinfects and kills bacteria helping anyone who has a skin tear or wound
- Visual inspection of chair: once cleaned, we look for broken welds, torn upholstery and worn bearings
- This service will extend the life of the wheelchair
- Typical High pressure washes can blow the grease out of the bearings and rip vinyl upholstery which can cause potential skin tear issues

The wheelchairs will be tagged with an ID# before washing.

Our wash service offers:
- Facility on site mobile wash.
- Cleans, disinfect and deodorizes each chair brought to us by your staff.
- Other items can be washed such as: carts, bed pans, bedside-commodes, shower chairs, bio-hazard cans and walkers.

We will check for overall tightness of the base and signs of wear or breakage
- The spreader bar assembly including:
- Tie rod ends
- Compression spring
- All bolts and screws
- Index plate and hardware
- Handle and grip
- Base frame:
- All casters
- Rubber/plastic leg covers
- Any shrouds and footrest covers
- Mast:
Check for overall tightness of the mast and for any signs of wear
The Actuator:
- Proper travel distances and holding capacity
- Emergency release function tested and pull pins in place
- Battery:
- Proper charging of the battery
- Signs of wear and tear
- Proper mounting of battery
- Test the charger for proper voltage output and inspect connections
- Hand Pendant:
- Proper function of hand pendant
- Overall condition of pendant (cracking and peeling of overlay)
- Plug and cord
- Control box:

- Boom Assembly:

A certified technician will come to the facility and inspect the air mattresses.
- We will inspect the air mattresses for:
- Proper operations and cycle times
- Inspect the pump for pressure output
- The power cord for breaks and exposed wires, plug end for ground
- The sheets for ticking integrity, tears, zippers and straps
- Cleaning of the mattresses as well Tier One Tier Two
Deep Cleaning service available:
- We will bring the air mattress system to the repair center and perform the following:
- We break the unit down into each component and each component is washed, disinfected and deodorized.
- Cells are inspected for holes and breaks
- Pumps are cleaned and tested for proper pressure output and the power cords are checked for breaks and exposed wires. Plug ends are check for proper ground.
Therapy Equipment service: Recommended annual service
